On February 28th, Boys soccer played against San Gorgonio during the CIF regional soccer championships. Though the team did not end up with the outcome they hoped for, they gave it their all. The score was 5-1. Kerri Villalba, a senior, scored during the game. Though the boys’ soccer season has ended, we applaud them for all their accomplishments this season. They went to CIF finals for the first time in over 15 years. They also won their CIF section (for the first time in Preuss history). It did not end there; they made it to states! They have gone further than any other Preuss soccer team has. They have worked hard day in and day out to make it this far. Congratulations to Preuss’ 22-23 boys soccer team and Coach Fulchiron for a remarkable season. They made Preuss history, and we could not be prouder.
