Htun Win, a freshman on the eSports team, has been interviewed about this upcoming season. We asked him 5 questions circling around the idea of this spring sports season. 

1. How is the season going for the team?

• “We’ve had one win and two games, the opposing team has forfeited so it’s going really well right now.” 

2. How do you want to play this season?

• “I want to play well this season because it would be really good for the team. I also want to become a better player and really work on meeting that goal this season.” 

3. What was your favorite memory of the season so far?

• “My favorite memory during this season was when I got my first kill during a match. It was very exciting.” 

4. What are you looking forward to for next year?

• “I’m looking forward to more people joining esports next year. There is a very small group.” 

5. What advice would you give student-athletes wanting to make a roster for next year in your sport?

• “You don’t have to be the best. If you’re interested, you should still try and remember to have fun! Also, it’s important to also do well in school, so remember that.”
